Ingredients: béchamel 47% [rehydrated-whole milk, soft wheat flour, sunflower oil, butter (milk), salt, nutmeg], ricotta 29% [whey (milk), milk, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid], durum wheat semolina, spinach 6,5%, cheese (milk), Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservatives: lysozyme from egg), egg 1,5%, potato flakes, salt, vegetable fibre (bamboo, psyllium), sugar, nutmeg. May contain traces of soy and mustard.
