Stone-cooked product filled with mozzarella and soft cheese – frozen.
Cook before eating.
Ingredients: DOUGH: wheat flour (gluten), water, salt, sunflower oil, brewer’s yeast. FILLING: mozzarella 21,2% (milk, salt, rennet), stracchino cheese 11,2% (milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), rocket salad 3,7%. May contain traces of: soy, fish, eggs, peanuts, mustard, nuts, celery and sesame.
