On this page you’ll find simple instructions to bring the best of every dish to the table. Each package includes cooking times and methods.

On the stove

Place the product in a pan with half a cup of water, cover and place over low heat. After 3 or 4 minutes, remove the lid and stir gently until fully cooked.

In the microwave

Set the indicated power and time and place the packages in the microwave with the lid on. For pasta and rice-based dishes, we recommend shaking the package for a few seconds about halfway through the cook time.

In the oven

Remove the lid and place in a preheated oven at the temperature and time indicated on the package. Once cooked, let rest for a few minutes before serving.

ADD BUTTER TO OUR RISOTTOS

For creamy risotto, add butter, Parmesan cheese or EVOO a minute or two before it’s done and mix well. For a fresh note, garnish the plate with aromatic herbs or a bit of lemon zest for seafood recipes. Lastly, add freshly ground pepper to finish.

HOW TO REHEAT OUR PASTA

Reheat the pasta in a pan with a splash of hot water and a pat of butter, mixing to coat. Pecorino and Parmesan cheese will make the dish even creamier, while a pinch of chopped basil or flat-leaf parsley will add a vibrant note. To finish, as always, a bit of freshly ground pepper.

REFINED DINING

Don’t go overboard with the portions: a neat and elegant dish, perhaps shaped with a ring mould, is sure to make a good impression. Remember that our single-serve packages are meant for one, making presentation easy: after all, we eat first with our eyes.

PERFECT PLATING

Use large plates, preferably white or black, to bring out the colours of the food. When plating, you can twist pasta into a nest or spread risotto out into a compact disc. Garnish with basil leaves, shaved Parmesan or fresh EVOO.
