The origin of flavour
Since we opened in 1960, our love of traditional tastes and aromas has won the hearts of Italian consumers. Robust growth led to Gourmet Italia, a company founded in 2000 to produce an innovative line of frozen meals. In 2013, we became part of the Dr. Schär Group, a global leader in gluten-free food. Synergy led to the creation of M’ama in 2018, a brand made to meet the needs of those seeking flavour, a balanced diet and the practicality of a meal that’s ready in just a few minutes.
Sustainability, a matter of respect
Made entirely of recyclable paper, our single-serve packaging is designed to limit food waste and avoid the problem of overpackaging, especially in the waste disposal phase. Not only that: our in-house supply chain is eco-conscious, starting from the use of renewable energy.
