Risotto with red radicchio and Taleggio cheese – frozen.

Ingredients: parboiled rice 40% (rice 50%, water, salt), rehydrated-skimmed milk, red radicchio 15.5%, cream (milk), sunflower oil, Taleggio cheese DOP 3% (milk), rice flour, Grano Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg, lysozyme), extra virgin olive oil, onions, salt, parsley 0,2%, garlic, pepper. Authorisation of Consorzio Tutela Taleggio (Taleggio Protection Consortium) 1A/2020. May contain traces of wheat (gluten), soy and mustard.
